Funny how we look

Faces in the crowd and try

To put a life to them

That man, tall and

Rugged, hands all

Rough, cracked and gnarled.

Hard to imagine them

Running over

Milky female skin.

Faces of women

Made up under layers

Of makeup

Scurrying along in heels

That look so unsafe

Do they go into

The tall buildings

To work or do

They sit all day

Faces on public view.
